"One big happy family environment"

Connections were great, when we landed they were there to meet us and assist us with luggage and get us into the shuttle. This was awesome! The resort is really beautiful just as on the internet. The staff, management, the food, kids club, all water activities, the night time entertainment, etc. was specular. The all-inclusive option is a winner. We ate and drank to our hearts content.
The rooms were well kept, exceptionally clean. The hotel grounds, pools and beach was cleaned daily. Housekeeping was always visible and ready to assist with any of our room requirements.
The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner really caters for everyone. The food was amazing.
Another thing I loved is that the management team made an effort to get to know everybody staying at the resort. You have the feeling of one big happy family environment.
I would strongly recommend this hotel, especially to families.
