David D. Barq, the resort manager, is a master-class performance of public relations and customer service. His presence is felt and noticed all the time without him being intrusive. He inspires his team in a manner that translates into customer satisfaction for the guests at the resort. The food was creative and delicious. Room staff were pleasant and effective. We loved the fish and turtles during the snorkelling. Overall, a truly pleasurable experience. Club Med can be proud of the Kani team.
