Desroches is 6 kilometres long and 1 kilometre wide, and is sheltered by a reef making the many secluded beaches perfect places to relax and enjoy the warm Indian Ocean waters.

Location:

This remote coral island is part of the Amirantes Group of island and is located 230 kilometres south-west of. The island is reached by a short 35 minute flight from Mahé which operates daily.

Beach Suites

Situated amongst tropical gardens and palms, these 20 luxuriously spacious suites are just a few metres from the beach. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own private veranda, lounge area, flat screen TV and a mini bar. The bathroom features a covered, outdoor bath and an outdoor shower, with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and one child.

The 23 villas are perfectly positioned on the north-west facing beaches surrounded by green vegetation. The villas offer an exclusive and private holiday for family and friends, with the villa able to accommodate up to 8 people.

These two single bedroom villas are situated right next to the beach and are ideal for couples or singles. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and living area, and main deck with a private outdoor shower. The hotel offers in-villa dining with private chefs coming to make your stay relaxing and helping to add a personal touch.

Offering a vast 100m of uninterrupted beach frontage and a spacious living and entertainment area, the Presidential Villa is the ultimate private holiday experience. There is only one Presidential Villa, with a private swimming pool, central living and entertainment area.

This Creole style restaurant, with beautiful views over the sea, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests will enjoy a variety of tables d'hôte, cooking shows or seafood festivals. The cuisine is a mixture of Creole, French and cosmopolitan types.

Beach Restaurant

This thatch roofed restaurant is situated right on the beach, allowing guests to sit with their feet in the sand while enjoying a breakfast buffet, lunch buffet or an intimate candlelit diner or a lobster evening.

Bar l'Amirante

Situated near to the swimming pool with views over the sea, the bar offers the perfect way to end the day while watching a beautiful sunset. The bar is open from 10h00.

Diving

With wide canyons, columns and a beautiful underwater landscape, the waters off the island are renowned as one of the best dive sites in Seychelles. The hotel has a PADI/NAUI approved dive centre that offers lessons and takes divers out to no less than 14 dive sites around the island.
